Kurt Gleeson is the Managing Broker for Premier Sotheby's International Realty's South Tampa Office. He is an accomplished real estate operations executive and broker with expertise in leading real estate brokerage operations, Internet lead management and providing training and business coaching for sales associates in the luxury real estate market.
Kurt previously worked as the Senior Vice President of the Internet Channel for Atlantic and Pacific Real Estate, now known as Carrington Real Estate Services, where he was instrumental in launching a platform to generate, distribute and manage Internet leads. He also led the national sales forces at two Internet brokerage companies and held the position of National Vice President of Sales for RealEstate.com, a former division of LendingTree, and Vice President of National Sales for New Homes Realty.
Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Kurt was the Vice President of Gulf Beaches Operations for Century 21 Beggins Enterprises. He also was a Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Arvida Realty Services. He served as the Chairperson for the Previews Luxury Homes Committee for Tampa Bay and as an advanced contracts instructor on a statewide basis.
Kurt has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College and a law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Kurt is active in community affairs and is a member of the Advisory Board of Best Buddies Tampa Bay and a member of the Board of Directors of The Premier Foundation.
Kurt's interests include fitness training and distance running and he has competed in over 100 running events including the Marine Corps, Pittsburgh and Clearwater Marathons.
Kurt is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the Florida REALTORS®.
